Delegation is one of the hardest skills for a manager to master. However, the skill can be learned.

This one-day workshop will explore many of the facets of delegation: when to delegate, and who to delegate to.

We will also go through the delegation process step by step, to see where the pitfalls lie, and what we can do about getting around them.

The art of effective delegation is often a fine line that many people find it difficult to walk. Delegation not only provides you with a way to better organise your time and resources but also presents a growth opportunity for your staff as well.

In order for delegation to be beneficial for everyone; however, it is necessary to identify fair criteria while also developing critical communication skills to ensure that instructions are clear.

When presented appropriately delegation offers a valuable way for your staff to grow and expand their skill sets. As they test out their skills you will need to learn to flex your mentor skills as well as your supervisory skills.

This workshop will present you with the knowledge and skills you need to make delegation work for everyone.
